Composition
All the members of the various chapters/branches of the society duly verified by the president and general secretary of the respective chapters
Proceedings
The following business shall be transacted during the general body meeting.
Tilawat from Holy Quran
Confirmation of the minutes of the last meeting and action taken
To receive the report of general secretary.
To pass the audited statements of account and the balance sheet.
To draw up the general policy of the society inline with its aims and objectives
To appoint an auditor for the society to audit all accounts of the society who should be a charted accountant.
To consider any other business, concerning the society which may be allowed by the president.
To elect office bearers and members of the executive committee , when election are due.
To amend any part of the constitution provided the proposed amendments are incorporated in the notice of the general body meeting and amendments circulated to the chapters, three months in advance, subject to the rules and regulations already laid down in articles.
The quorum for the meeting of the general body shall be 1/3rd of the strength of its members.
Consideration of resolution.
Deciding the venue of the next general body meeting.
Any other item with consent of the chair.
