Elections
Election shall be held every two years at a place decided by the general body in its meeting.
The governing council shall continue to hold office and discharge its duties in accordance with the constitution until such time when the new office bearers and governing council is elected.
The sitting President shall conduct the elections with the help of a commission approved by the governing council.
Notice giving date, time and place of the elections shall be send to all chapters by registered post or through advertisement in National Press six weeks before the proposed date of elections.
Nomination of candidates shall bear the signature of the proposer and seconders who are bonafied members of the various chapters dualy verified by the President and General Secretary
The central cabinet except the Vice Presidents shall be elected from the province where the next conference is going to be held the nomination for various post except Vice Presidents shall be finalized by the respective chapter of their executive council meeting.
The elections shall be conducted by secret ballot.
A member shall be entitled to contest only one post
Post for which no nominations are received shall be filled by the general body in the meeting called for the elections. The fresh candidates shall automatically stand elected.
In case of a tie, the President shall have a casting vote
Elections shall only be postponed with the permission of 2/3rd of the general body
Only the ordinary and life members of the society shall have the right to vote
